1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClayMate, a subscription-based Clay.com implementation service operated by a certified Clay expert and team. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

ClayMate interprets plain-English business requests and delivers custom-built tables and systems inside Clay.com. Clients submit requests via our platform hosted on ManyRequests. Our services include (but are not limited to):

• Custom Clay table creation

• CRM enrichment or cleanup

• Workflow automation

• Table-based data delivery

• One-off hourly builds

We are not affiliated with Clay.com and do not resell leads or raw data. The end product is always a functioning Clay table.

3. Subscriptions & Pricing

ClayMate offers various subscription plans and support packages. Pricing and plan details are available on our website or will be communicated by our sales team.

Subscription billing is handled via Stripe on the ManyRequests platform.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All template systems, configurations, and custom-built Clay tables are the intellectual property of ClayMate until the request is marked "Complete" on our platform.

You may not resell or redistribute our work as standalone products. However, you may use the delivered tables as part of your internal operations or service offering, such as for outbound sales campaigns or automated workflows.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

ClayMate does not offer refunds. However, clients can pause or cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard.

In exceptional circumstances where a major issue arises, we may offer a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal or unethical purposes

• Misrepresent our work as your own product for resale

• Interfere with or try to disrupt the ClayMate platform or operations

• Share login credentials or attempt to reverse-engineer our systems

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We provide our services “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for high accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee:

• That all third-party data sources are accurate, complete, or current

• That tables will work indefinitely without client-side issues or external platform changes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClayMate disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms or use our services in a way that harms our business, reputation, or other users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in Irish courts.
